Hello! John and Larissa Kratzer are the owners of Wellspring Properties, a 41 unit apartment building located on the south end of Spencer, IA. The building formerly known as the Dodecagon is an amazing feat of cement construction erected in the 1970s by DeLoss Construction. My husband and I have a passion for community building in all of its forms and grateful for the chance to operate and tend to this expression in my home, NW Iowa. We welcome everyone looking for quality, safe, housing in Spencer to check out our 1 and 2 bedroom units.
